Offer Eligibility and Purchasing

Offer Eligibility is available on Business plans and up.
Only Available to Nami Paywalls Only plans
If you are using a Nami Paywalls+Subscriptions plan and using Nami to manage your subscriptions, you cannot currently sell Promos on your paywall. This feature will be available later in 2024.
Offer Eligibility allows your paywall to display different text and content depending on whether the user is eligible for a special offer on the paywall products. It also allows you to sell promotional offers on a paywall.
Turning on Offer Eligibility
Click into the Capabilities tab
Find 'Offer Eligibility'
Click 'Add'
By default, when Offer Eligibility is added, new Conditions will be added.
What is a Promotional Offer?
Promo Offers are typically aimed at current or former subscribers. They can be free trials or discounted prices.
Promo Offers are not purchased automatically. Instead you have to specify to the billing platform which offer you want to purchase, since you can have more than one.
Promo Offers are not the same as Introductory Offers.
Promo Offers are available on all platforms but each platform defines the eligibility and offer types differently.
