Billing

Billing management must be done by an Admin

Billing management not available on Enterprise plans. Contact your Nami account rep to update your billing

View your Plan

To view your Nami plan, go to Org Settings > Billing.

Manage your Plan

Login to our Stripe-powered Customer portal by clicking 'Manage Nami Subscription'

From there you can:

  • Update credit card on file

  • Update billing contact/address

  • Change to a different Nami plan

  • Cancel your Nami plan

  • Download invoices

To manage your plan through Stripe, you must have access to the email address that was used to setup the Org.
